"While thrash is not as appealing to me as black metal, this mix seems to work to their advantage. It carries the thrash liveliness but not forgetting the darkness. In fact, it relies on much more in black than thrash structures, but those boundaries change within the album.
Regardless of that, you get to listen to great vocal and pretty nice guitar riffs. While on slower tracks the drums sometimes get forgotten, on faster tracks you will be grinning at the pure chaos they bring with the help of some cool punching bass lines."

"Bihargam is a black metal band from Kentucky and just typing this sentence reminds me of how unusual times we live in. Elem, this team, thematically focused on science fiction in general and Metabarone in particular, recorded a live album (albeit without an audience) and Blood in the Temple presents them in a pretty good light. This is a solid, disciplined black metal sound that has a lot of thrash metal elements in its riffs and mosher groove. The band is well rehearsed and the material is energetic, so I'm just sorry that this was recorded only as a live stream, because with these songs, it's easy to see the audience killing themselves in silence. Fine and this is the first but not the last cover this week where we will see the nipple."

Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this. Luke
